Here’s a summary of Claudia’s second video update:
– second aligner was quite sore
– recommends changing the aligner at night time rather than first thing in the morning as it was less painful
– wash the aligners every day with detergent and a separate toothbrush to keep them clean
– her gap is starting to close already
– removing the aligners to eat or drink (except water), has prevented the aligners from getting stained
